Abortion

Background:

The stigmatization of abortion exists because our society is within the capitalism and the culture patriarchy. In this case the anthropology says that are society repeat this situation for the system, therefore the importance of study about the culture and the practices that make us, are very important. The women that decide to make an abortion, her burden whit all society that judges your action.

Problem:

For now the problem is directed just for the woman, she is only that is judge and criminalized.  But the problem more important are the dead of a million of woman in this country for the abortion, and the state prefer to that this woman dead and their don´t have a solution just increase the principal problem. Proceed with the idea, the culture capitalism reproduce the abuse toward the woman. Because don´t considered that woman like a worker, this idea it is Silvia Federici, she say that the work is an instrument of the capitalism and this don´t considered the woman like a worker, and this mean that the woman don't receive a retribution for the reproductive work, she only work for the men and the society but the manner free for "love", but the culture and the system capitalism and patriarchy, is convenient for us, but not for the woman.

Federici also say that work is significant for the society because introduce the subject spheres of society that organization and they have a role active, but active only for receive a salary.

On the other hand, The Feminism Anthropology is very academic, that is good but also is very bad, because not all women are considered within feminism, the quality academic in anthropology skew the work. For example the university to make a ethnography in the rural site, and observe the woman, but then the student go of this sites and their don´t give any retribution for the work. And then on arrival the city, generate the investigation just for them (academic) and anybody.

Proposed Solution:

The possible solution for the abortion in this country is expanding the education about the sexuality, and methods contraceptive. In the school this topic is not important for the growth of children, and the role of anthropology is monitored the society and talk about the importance. Conversely, is necessary that the state  begin to generate politics water-based abortion, considered the million of dead that happen every year for the clandestine abortion  , in this sense in Chilean the "number of interruption of pregnant -Clandestine- it is estimated over 200 thousand procedures per year ”(Ojeda; 2018) for this is necessary a law of abortion  to be representative of reality that is lived in Chilean and not just of the sectors conservative of the country.
